You have a right to transparent MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Pricing) found right on our website and in store on our clearly tagged motorcycles! (DSRP stands for Dealer Suggested Retail Pricing.)
You have a right to never have fees added to your bill of sale in the office where you sign paperwork after already agreeing on a final purchase price on the showroom floor!
You have a right to being presented with payments that include your actual APR (Annual Percentage Rate), rather than being presented with sky high estimates that have nothing to do with your actual credit worthiness!
You have a right to be presented with trade values based on NADA, Kelley Blue Book, National Powersports Auction Pricing (your choice!) that are based in reality and don't require a big dealer markup (DSRP) that you have to fight in order to get your fair trade value!
You have a right to a local owner who supports local causes like Seattle Children's Hospital (through Children's Ride) and Mary Bridge Children's Hospital (through the Legacy Vets Toy Run) and Phoenix House (in partnership with Tacoma Harley Owner's Group) plus many, many more great local causes.

Our operating philosophy is to focus on you. We ask you to provide feedback directly to our owner, Ed Wallace, Jr, filling the contact us form or by calling his direct line at (253) 284-4644 or by stopping in to see him at the dealerships. Every Thursday at 9:00am in our Tacoma location and every Friday at 9:30am in our Silverdale location, as we've done here for 20 years, Ed runs an all employee meeting where we discuss your feedback and how we can best serve you.
Each Saturday both stores start the day with free coffee and free donuts for you. The free coffee and free donuts morphs into our Sizzling Saturdays, when we have hamburgers off the grill and other great food available to you from our cafe (Tacoma location).
On Thursday nights from 5pm to 7pm we host our Taco Thursdays (both locations May through September). Taco Thursdays feature a Taco Stand, live music and a private beer garden for our Taco Thursday Club members. Taco Thursdays attract hundreds of riders on a sunny Thursday evenings. Taco Thursdays are our way of brining the Black Hills Rally of Sturgis South Dakota to you.
We have a Loyalty Club that features advertised events only available to Loyalty Club members. Join our Loyalty Club and find out what's going on!
We sponsor two fantastic Harley Owner's Groups® (Tacoma H.O.G.® and Silverdale H.O.G.®). We provide financial support and training for our Harley Owner's Groups® to enable them to fulfill their mission to Ride and Have Fun with you. We do all of this to be sure that you experience all that the Harley-Davidson® riding culture has to offer you. It is our firm belief that there is nothing like owning a Harley-Davidson® motorcycle. We want to help you experience ownership to the fullest!!
